Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
-Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
-Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) or payment proof is mandatory.
-To be eligible for a return, an unboxing or opening video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed state, with the item(s) inside visible. Without this video, we will not be able to process any return or refund requests.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
1)Accessories such as jewelry, belts, and scarves.
2)Customized, tailored, or personalized outfits.
3)Products purchased during Sale / Clearance / Special Discount Events.
Return Process

Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.
The product must be shipped back to our return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit/refund as per policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return process applies.
